What we offer: * Gain valuable hands on experience in the field * Collaborate with a diverse team of talented professionals in the field Key Responsibilities: * BOI Zone Management: Oversee BOI zone operations, including access control and visitor management. * Facilities Support: Assist with facility maintenance, contractor management, and general administrative tasks. * Logistics: Manage transport requests, shipping activities, and invoice processing. * Process Improvement: Contribute to developing SOPs for administrative functions. Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources Management or a relevant field. * Competent in the use of the MS Office suite with special emphasis on Excel. * Results-oriented and enthusiastic with the ability to work in a matrix organisation.
