The internship will provide hands-on exposure to IT operations, helpdesk support, and technology project work within a professional office environment. What you will be doing as an Intern The intern will perform the following duties under the supervision of the IT team: * Assists IT staff with helpdesk ticket resolution, including employee onboarding and offboarding tasks. * Assists with preparation and management of PQW templates as directed. * Supports an ongoing project focused on automation of template management processes. * Shadows MIS and IT staff to observe day-to-day operations, systems administration, and technology support workflows. * Performs other duties as assigned. Required education, technical skills, and/or experience: * AP Computer Science Principles or equivalent coursework preferred. * Basic familiarity with computers and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) perferred. Preferred: * Interest in information technology, computer science, or a related field. TRAVEL: Travel is occasionally required for this position.
