Job Description Successful applicants will be assigned to roles related to investments, asset management and/or portfolio management, based in Singapore. The individual will be involved in the following, * Perform investment due diligence including, but not limited to, financial modelling, transaction structuring, market analysis, financial, technical and environmental due diligence * Conduct market research, develop understanding of relevant market and asset classes and help build necessary databases for internal monitoring * Perform tasks related to asset management and portfolio management, such as analyzing, tracking and evaluating budgets, cashflows, KPIs, leasing performance, capex, valuation and financing * Support capital raising and product development efforts, assisting in preparation of external investor communication materials and responses to investor requests and other special projects * Work with legal, compliance, fund operation and treasury for all other investment management related activities Goals of the Internship * To gain a deep understanding of the private equity real estate industry and the spectrum of activities involved * To sharpen financial and market analytical skills * To develop an appreciation of respective real estate markets and sectors Job Requirement * Relevant academic background and field of study with good knowledge of finance and investment concepts * Past internship experience in related fields such as investment banking, financing, real estate, or other private equity * Proficiency in financial modeling and presentations * Good verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency in Korean or Japanese language is an advantage * A team player, to work with the rest of the team collegially and collaboratively. Responsibilities
