Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours as an Air Contract intern should involve you having to : Assisting in drafting and formatting simple contract documents. Assisting with the entry and management of data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms that we have, especially our Cargo Master Listing. Supporting the team with administrative tasks such as meeting coordination and data entry. Filing and documentation – Helping to maintain and organize both physical (if needed) and digital records to ensure easy retrieval and compliance. Monitoring of IH documents – Tracking and following up on Item Handover (IH)/courier documents to support timely processing and updates. Liaising with internal departments to gather or relay contract-related information. REQUIREMENT In the final year of a Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Economics, Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field, expect to graduate upon completion of the internship. Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university. Some level of organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents. Comfortable with document filing, data entry, and electronic records management. Ability to multitask and follow through on assigned tasks.
Responsibilities
The intern will assist in drafting and formatting contract documents, manage data accuracy, and support administrative tasks. They will also help maintain organized records and monitor Item Handover documents.
