Description

Review and analyze existing PM and CM procedures Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement Design and prototype hardware/software solutions to optimize workflows Collaborate with technicians and engineers for validation and feedback Document improvements and quantify impact on cost, time, and manpower Deliverable: A validated optimization proposal with at least one implemented solution (hardware or software) that demonstrates measurable improvements in PM/CM efficiency. Impact of Project: Reduced PM time and manpower requirements Lower corrective maintenance costs Improved system uptime and reliability Foundation for scalable maintenance optimization across AMHS Skillset Require: Background in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering Familiarity with maintenance workflows and industrial automation Communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional technical teams Course of interests: Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Systems Engineering, Maintenance Engineering Duration Period: min 5 months
