Job Description As an Intern in the Customer Success - Retail Vertical Team at NielsenIQ, you will support the delivery of high-quality data analytics and insights to our clients. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn how data drives business decisions. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and client servicing. Responsibilities Assist in summarizing data into tables, charts, and graphs for client reports and presentations. Support the analysis and interpretation of sales and consumer data. Help prepare final reports and presentations with guidance from senior team members. Review data for accuracy and consistency. Learn to use internal tools and data sources to support project execution. Participate in internal meetings and client discussions as appropriate. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality delivery of insights. Contribute to a positive team environment and support overall team objectives. Qualifications Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields. Strong curiosity and willingness to learn about market trends and consumer behavior. Basic understanding of data analysis and storytelling with numbers. Good communication skills in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and in a digitally enabled environment. Prior internship or project experience in data analysis or market research is a plus.
