Title of Hiring Manager: APAC Innovation Lead Number of internship positions: 1 Preferred Period of Internship Required: Jan 2026 – June/July 2026 Preferred School/Course of Intern: Undergraduate or postgraduate students majoring in Business, Management or Marketing The Intern will work under the supervision of the APAC Innovation Lead and collaborate with APAC BUs as well as other functions including Commercial, Insights and R&D to provide appropriate and timely input into our innovation strategy and projects. Key Responsibilities You will be required to: Support on multi-BU innovation project execution Support APAC Innovation Lead in driving multi-BU projects Coordinate with BU/R&D on implementation and progress of key projects Data analysis Data collection and analysis to support 3-1 plan and quarterly region portfolio review. Support APAC Innovation Lead to optimize current region innovation management system (data analysis and report) to drive high efficient /agile work Post-launch review analysis and insights generation Key strategic projects Support Innovation Lead to co-work with BUs on the execution of key strategic projects Learning Outcomes Throughout the course of the internship, you will attain the following learning outcomes: Gain an understanding of regional strategy in the fast-moving consumer health space and experience the day-to-day operations in driving innovation strategy and business Drive strategic thinking and problem solving Develop business acumen skill sets through understanding the strategies applied in a competitive environment. Stakeholder Management - Opportunity to work with stakeholders across the organization including global, region and BU, and multi- functions including R&D, marketing, QSC, etc. Business management Skills – Gain understanding on how to market a product in an ethical environment.
