We are seeking a Intern Architect or Intermediate Architectural Technologist that shares the firm’s passion for providing high quality design that contributes to the benefits of our clients and community. QUALIFICATIONS
· OAA Intern Architect, Architect or Architectural Technologist
· University degree or college diploma in architecture with 5+ years of experience
· Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit and Microsoft Office a requirement.
· Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code, municipal approvals, construction detailing, specifications, and documentation is preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
· Commitment to design excellence
· Fluent in spoken and written English important.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.40-$30.19 per hour

The successful candidate will be involved with the following:
· Has strong knowledge and experience in the entire design process including schematic design, design development, contract documents and construction administration.
· Work collaboratively with senior staff members.
· Coordinate documents with other consultants.
· Review building code compliance, by-laws, and other documentation.
· Presentation of presentation material meetings and reports.
· Include assisting in Contract Administration team during construction.
