We are looking to add Intern Architect / Intermediate Technologist to our team. This is a great opportunity for an Intern looking for Construction Administration experience as we have several exciting projects under construction that will provide learning opportunities for site visits, and construction administration. The candidate will also work directly with the firm Principal in designing new projects.
The candidate should have the following skills/attributes
- Positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Organized
- Technical understanding of buildings and construction
- Able to work independently
- Good communication skills both written and verbal, fluent in English
- Understanding of the BC Building Code both Part 3 and Part 9
- At least 3 years experience working in BC
- Proficient in REVIT, AutoCad, Lumion and Microsoft suite
- Registered as an Intern Architect with the AIBC
