As part of the continuous development of our firm, we are looking for a talented and motivated person to fill the position of Intern Architect or Junior Architect to join our northern team at our Montreal office.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Create detailed drawings and plans using CAD software such as Revit and AutoCAD
  • Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders
  • Participate in research and analysis for project design
  • Prepare cost estimates and proposals for projects under team supervision
  • Assist the project team during the construction monitoring phase
  • Assist the project manager in coordination with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in reviewing project compliance with local regulations, building standards, and current codes
  • Conduct site reviews and contract administration
  • Ensure that work complies with contractual documents and/or specifications
  • Attend and contribute to meetings and prepare relevant documents (clear agendas, responses to client questions, draft solutions to encountered problems, etc.)
