Description

The Systems Engineering co-op at Kulicke & Soffa will work with senior systems engineers to analyze, test, and improve the performance of high speed, high accuracy semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This role focuses on understanding complex physical systems by connecting analytical thinking with experimental data and iterative learning. The co-op will support system and subsystem level performance studies, assist with experimental testing, and help identify system constraints, tradeoffs, and opportunities for improvement. The position is well suited for students who enjoy solving challenging engineering problems that span multiple disciplines and involve both analysis and hands on interaction with hardware.

Responsibilities

The intern will analyze, test, and improve the performance of high-speed semiconductor manufacturing equipment. They will support system-level performance studies and identify constraints and opportunities for improvement.
