• You’re well aware of Calgary’s upcoming big events and have a keen understanding of what’s happening in the city
• You’re able to find information on the internet quickly and easily
• You’re able to spot interesting events that others may overlook
• You’re able to update detailed information accurately (copy from one website to another with no errors)
• You’re able to write short and simple bits of fun copy
• You’re able to proofread your own work and are extremely vigilant about accuracy
• You’re able to generate ideas for new content on the website and how to make it even more helpful
• You’re able to seek out mistakes on the website (find old typos, forgotten broken links)
• You’re able to evaluate the success of your work via website success metrics (views)
• You’re able to reliably and consistently meet ongoing deadlines
• You’re able to finish work accurately that may get tedious or boring
• You’re a team player and don’t mind helping out others on the team as needed

MAIN TASKS:

• write captions
• put together giveaways
• general assistant work
• other help as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• this is a new role and honestly, we just need help doing a variety of tasks, so that’s why this is vague.
