Key Responsibilities Assist the Internal Audit team in conducting audit engagements and operational reviews Support the preparation of audit working papers, reports, and documentation Conduct process studies and process walkthroughs Assist in identifying process improvements and internal control weaknesses Assist in preparation of periodic reports and dashboards Assist in developing and implementing AI and Continuous Auditing (CA) initiatives Participate in data collection and analysis activities Follow up on audit findings and implementation of recommendations Person Specifications Undergraduate or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field Part qualification in CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA Prior audit experience in a reputed audit firm or the mercantile sector will be considered an added advantage Good analytical and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of internal control concepts Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail Willingness to handle multiple tasks and work towards meeting deadlines
