Job Description You will be assisting the Group Internal Audit team with its ongoing digital transformation, process improvement initiatives and new digitalisation initiatives. Responsibilities Assist in financial and operational audit Contribute to the design and enhancement of existing processes, workflows and audit methodology through data and technology Design and prepare technology-focused department-level training and upskilling initiatives Prepare audits and limited fieldwork assignments Perform other ad-hoc assignments as appropriate Requirements Currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting or any other related disciplines Able to communicate well and have a strong sense of logic Effective self-starter who excels in a lean and fast-paced organization Innovative spirit, strong problem-solving aptitude and analytical skills Intellectual curiosity with attention to details Able to work independently Closing Statement: At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
