Description

Your mission Support the development, optimization, validation, and implementation of analytical methods for bioactivity and compositional analysis Program, optimize, and troubleshoot automated workflows on our Hamilton liquid handling platform Perform and analyze plate-based assays using microplate readers, including absorbance, fluorescence, and luminescence measurements Collaborate closely with scientists and data engineers to integrate automated assays into scalable experimental and data pipelines Generate, analyze, and interpret experimental data, ensuring high-quality and reproducible results Your profile Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field Strong interest in laboratory automation and automated liquid handling systems; experience with Hamilton platforms and VENUS software is a plus Hands-on experience with plate-based assays, such as ELISA, enzymatic, biochemical, or cell-based assays Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting abilities, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a laboratory environment and eager to learn new technologies and experimental approaches Experience with data analysis, programming, or scripting (e.g., Python, R) is advantageous Team-oriented mindset combined with initiative, reliability, and a hands-on approach to experimentation Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); German is a plus Our Benefits: Work for one of the global innovation leaders in the food industry Dynamic and diverse mission-driven team from more than 25 different countries A fast growing company with exceptional opportunities for personal development Flat hierarchies and short decision paths Flexible working hours with entitled Home Office days in an innovative and agile working environment Gym Membership, language classes or an attractive alternative from our benefit program Great team events such as “lunch & learn”, “Demo Day”, cultural celebrations and food tastings Drinks, cereal bar and fresh fruit at the office, our home products tasting session for new employees Lastly, join us in the journey as we change the food system as we know it!
