KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify repetitive tasks in apparel manufacturing and provide technical input for automation team. Select and test fabrics suitable for autonomation developments and ensuring compatibility with maintaining product quality. Collaborate with Autonomation engineers to integrate solutions to product and process. Design and test prototypes for products. Analys GSD, SMV and providing technical inputs for solution implementation with optimum savings to the business. Preparing technical data sheets and standard documents for solutions developed for manufacturing. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Undergraduate or Graduate in Textile Engineering. Understanding of weaving, knitting, dyeing, finishing, and garment construction. Fabric Analysis & Testing Experience with tools like AutoCAD, Lectra, or Gerber for textile design and machinery layout. Knowledge of fabrics and trims used in the production. Ability to create and test prototypes for automated textile machinery or garments. Familiarity with industrial automation systems, sensors, actuators, and systems. Ability to troubleshoot developed solutions for manufacturing.
