Make an Impact by: Support theOrder-2-CashTeam by owning and reliably executing tasks in our day-to-day E2E billing process management. Take full responsibility for recurring operational workflows, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks so the team can focus on strategic priorities. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes to ensure transparency, consistency, and smooth knowledge transfer. Support project management activities by helping with scoping, refinement sessions, documentation and follow-ups ,keeping track of action items, deadlines, and stakeholder alignments. Coordinate internal communication across teams to streamline information flow and address billing-related queries efficiently. Bring a critical eye to the tasks you perform, flag inefficiencies, gather data, and provide analytical input that helps the team prioritize what to automate or redesign. Participate in the evaluation of key business processes by collecting feedback, tracking metrics, and supporting improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

Support the Order-2-Cash team by executing day-to-day billing process management and maintaining comprehensive business documentation. Assist in project management activities and identify process inefficiencies to support automation and redesign initiatives.
