Support BES function specialists in the closing of information gaps in the system Support various internal BES initiatives and projects Identify and implement improvements to the online content Update the BES web pages on the intranet and on the corporate website for suppliers Publish restricted documents and support access requests by suppliers and employees eRoom, eBCR, Unix, Excel features, HTML Aircraft product development, project planning, conducting meetings and prioritizing Written and spoken communications skills in a professional environment (including presentations)  How to thrive in this role? You have the necessary skills to be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment You are a University student with an interest in Aerospace, Engineering, Product Development, or Continuous Improvement You are bilingual and possess good communication skills in both French and English You have a familiarity or interest in processes and workflows You have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) You have knowledge of Excel Pivot Tables, HTML and web design is an asset ​Boarding Information: Location: Administrative Centre (CA) Duration: 8 months Flexible workplace-Hybrid It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose. ​
