As an Intern in Brand Management & International Trade Marketing, you’ll become an integral part of our Munich-based marketing team and support the execution of international campaigns and retail activations across European markets such as the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, and Portugal. You’ll work closely with local market teams, distribution partners, agencies, and retailers to help bring our brand to life across multiple touchpoints. This hands-on role offers broad exposure to international brand management, trade marketing, and campaign execution in a fast-paced FMCG environment. Your responsibilities Assist in the planning and implementation of POS and shopper activations including the development of new POS materials and trade marketing tools Collection and analysis of shopper activation results and derive best practice across markets Analyze campaign and activation performance and derive actionable insights Support international campaign launches and cross-market marketing initiatives Assist with briefing processes, content adaptations, reporting, and digital marketing coordination Manage timelines, assets, and stakeholder coordination across agencies, partners, and internal teams Contribute to broader brand management projects, including market research, media planning, and packaging development Take ownership of selected projects and support the team in day-to-day marketing operations WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field You are available for a full-time internship for 6 months You have gained first practical experience in marketing, brand management, or trade marketing through internships or working student roles You are organized, proactive, hands-on, and able to manage multiple topics simultaneously You enjoy working in collaborative and international environments You have strong analytical and communication skills with great attention to detail You are fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Dutch are a plus You are confident using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Experience with project management tools such as Asana is a plus WHAT DRIVES US We’re a little different, and that’s exactly what makes us who we are: Passion: We’re passionate about what we do.
