Job Description Get to Know the Team Come join the GTS Commercial Systems team — we are the engine behind Grab's commercial success, delivering technology that creates time, increases clarity, and enhances productivity for our business teams Get to Know the Role As a Business Analyst Intern, you will translate complex needs into technical requirements to support the delivery lifecycle. This is a full-time, fully on-site internship at Grab@OneNorth from August to December 2026. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform You will coordinate with business teams across several teams to agree on project goals. You will help gather sessions and write user stories to define product features. You will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating that delivered features meet our requirements. You will partner with senior Business Analysts to evaluate incoming requests and identify project priorities. You will maintain documentation for requirements and process flows using tools such as Jira and Confluence. You will help refine the product backlog to ensure tasks are clearly defined for the engineering teams. Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need A strong interest in the intersection of business and technology. Willingness to ask questions and challenge assumptions. Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) We welcome masters level students to apply, and having 1+ years of professional experience helps.
