Job Summary We are looking for a driven Business Development Intern to join our Forex & Cross-Border Payments team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates interested in sales, international business, lead generation, forex markets, and global finance. You’ll work with Karbon’s sales and growth teams to build pipelines, conduct research, generate leads, and support our international payments offerings. This internship is ideal for freshers looking to start their career in B2B sales, business development, or fintech. Must-have Skills: Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking with prospects. Curiosity about fintech, sales, forex, and global finance. High energy, persistence, and solid rejection-handling ability. Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong ownership mindset and ability to learn quickly. Good-to-have Skills: Clear and structured thought process. Basic Excel skills (filters, lookups, data organization). Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms. Prior internship or exposure to business development, BDR roles, or sales. Where you will create Impact: Support outbound sales outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified leads. Identify and research potential customers for Karbon’s Forex and cross-border payment solutions. Manage and update CRM entries, track conversations, and support timely follow-ups. Prepare basic pitch decks, sales notes, competitor analysis, and FX market insights. Collaborate with sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth lead-to-customer transitions. Monitor trends in international trade, FX markets, and export–import sectors.
