Responsibilities
  • Data Insights & Analysis: Assist in analyzing purchasing and supplier history data to identify trends, optimization patterns, and areas for cost savings.
  • Product Maintenance: Support material monitoring, track changing items, and participate in product review to maintain optimal supply levels.
  • New Item Exploration: Research potential new products, suppliers, and market trends, helping to evaluate new offerings and conduct cost-benefit analysis.
  • Vendor and Supplier Support: Help maintain vendor records, track supplier performance, and support purchase order management.
  • Providing a fresh perspective to the department by sharing your opinion.
    The described tasks form the basic package and will often be performed independently after a proper training and learning period. These tasks may be supplemented with other projects and/or tasks on your own initiative or at the request of the organization.
