Intern ‐ Business Process Reengineering (Based at Naiwala) The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support in analyzing and improving processes in line with MOS (MAS Operating System) standards * Assist in data collection, tracking KPIs and preparing basic reports to monitor process performance * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, waste reduction and efficiency improvement activities * Work with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and support implementation of process improvements KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Diploma in IT, Textile Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics in relevant filed * Knowledge in MS Office Applications/ Power BI/ Power Apps * Good communication skills * Good Analytical & IT Literacy
Responsibilities
The intern will support the analysis and improvement of business processes according to MAS Operating System standards, including assisting with data collection, KPI tracking, and basic performance reporting. They will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives and work with teams to implement process enhancements.
