Job Description Support daily fleet operations including monitoring fleet availability, damage/theft reporting, and weekly inventory checks. Assist in identifying process gaps and driving operational improvements. Help automate reporting and workflows using Python, JavaScript, and automation tools. Monitor vendor performance and support service partner coordination (maintenance, logistics, etc.). Contribute to fleet audits, planning for relocations/repairs, and preparing KPI reports and documentation for our warehouses. Collaborate with County Operations and Tech teams on cross-functional projects. Qualifications Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. Fluent in German and proficient in English. Comfortable with basic tech tools (SQL, Python, APIs, Excel/Sheets automation). Strong analytical and organizational skills. Interest or experience in mobility, logistics, or vendor management is a plus. Comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders across a wide range of levels and functions.
