Intern ‐ Business Support (Based at MAS Matrix - Thulhiriya) MAS Matrix, is a diversified flat-knit apparel manufacturing facility under MAS Holdings. Matrix houses 1000 Stoll flatbed machines offerings athleisure wear, performance wear, essentials and knit components for global brands such as Nike, Decathlon, Gymshark, Lacoste, Victoria's Secret and Stoko. Changing business dynamics prompted Matrix to explore innovative product solutions that go beyond the traditional realm of sweaters, launching its latest product platform, MVTM, a collection of highly functional, versatile, and fashion-forward designs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conducting research on industries, competitors, and market trends. Assisting in client meetings, calls, or correspondence. Supporting lead identification and follow‐up activities. Helping prepare pitch decks, reports, or proposals Interpreting business data and preparing insights for decision‐making. Working in teams on business development or marketing projects. Exposure to tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Excel for tracking leads and clients. Assisting in organizing webinars, campaigns, or networking events. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in: Business Administration / Management Marketing / Sales Economics / Finance Entrepreneurship or related fields Academic Performance. Strong academic record or relevant coursework in business, marketing, or analytics. Basic understanding of business processes, CRM tools, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and problem‐solving abilities Teamwork and collaboration Adaptability and eagerness to learn Additional Previous internship, project work, or voluntary experience in business development, marketing, or sales is a plus.
Responsibilities
