Key Areas of Exposure During Your Internship with Us Include: Regularly consult and discuss with the immediate superior on daily operational and maintenance matters. Strictly follow the work schedule as assigned by the supevisor. Attend to tenant complaints regarding operational issues in a professional and tactful manner. Take corrective action in accordance with established procedures. Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve maintenance-related issues. Interact with clients respectfully and uphold integrity during all maintenance activities. Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as directed by the superior. Criteria for the Ideal Intern: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum CGPA 3.0. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Team player with a positive and proactive attitude, eager to contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

Interns will consult with their supervisor on operational matters and attend to tenant complaints professionally. They will also collaborate with team members to resolve maintenance-related issues and undertake additional tasks as directed.
