Maintain and continually enhance knowledge of TV, radio, Digital Advertising products, Integrated Solutions, Social Media Marketing, Product sampling, event management, live-show experiences (as part of internship learning framework). Support and have joint responsibility with nominated Account Sales Executives & Sales Managers for all aspect of client servicing. Attend external / internal meetings when deem required with the supervision of Sales Managers Campaign monitoring and progress updates; conveying reports, air checks, online to agency/client Other reasonable duties as requested by Sales Managers / Head of Sales. “It's our people that make Astro Malaysia’s leading entertainment company. We also understand and appreciate that diversity is a driver of creativity and innovation, which will make our business more competitive, compelling and profitable.” REQUIREMENTS: Who you are: Business/Advertising/Commerce/ Communications or in any relevant field Demonstrate experience/knowledge in customer service and/or media (TV, radio, online-digital, social management) Computer skills in Microsoft Applications – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or other languages is an added advantage.
