The primary responsibility is supporting the activities/tasks related with Clinical Data Science, including country adaptations and global models. This role involves: Understanding Lilly’s culture, organizational structure, roles and practices Conduct basic data validation activities The ability to communicate data issues in both written and oral form Understand and comply with core operating procedures and best practices Knowledge/skills in MS-Office, Excel would be an advantage Candidate must have an educational background in Life Sciences. Further, the candidate must be able to display a genuine interest in health care & outcomes research, public health, and particularly Clinical research and drug development. Functional Requirements Skills – Ability to quickly form partnerships and work effectively with others, ability to learn and apply processes and effective communication skills. Technology (Preferred) - Show knowledge of systems, software and tools like MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, advanced Excel). Knowledge of Clinical databases like Inform and Medidata Rave will be an advantage.
