QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.
  • Interest in U.S.-Canada cross-border taxation and eagerness to learn within a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and cloud-based tax or accounting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team.
  • Familiarity with tax research databases or accounting software is a plus.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.

    Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Secure tax data from relevant sources and ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Formulate a structured plan to gather, communicate, and relay information accurately to clients while completing compliance deliverables on time.
  • Analyze client-provided data and prepare work papers in accordance with professional standards and guidelines.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of compliance products, perform quality assurance checks, and prepare the final deliverable for client presentation.
  • Assist team members in utilizing advanced technological tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with professionals to share insights and best practices for continuous professional development and enhanced service delivery.
  • Leverage innovative technologies to maximize productivity and ensure a high standard of client service in a fast-paced, cross-border tax environment.
