Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and preparation of Customs Declaration forms for international shipments. Follow up and monitor the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery and customs clearance. Ensure compliance with regulations. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues related to logistics and customs clearance. Support the logistics team in optimizing the supply chain process and improving operational efficiency. Knowledge and Skills: Undergraduate in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or International Trade. Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and customs procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and preparation of Customs Declaration forms for international shipments and monitor the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery and customs clearance. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues related to logistics and customs clearance.
