Position summary: In this Internship, you’ll be part of the General Counsel Commercial Team, which is a customer facing team as part of the Civil Aerospace Customer Team. What you’ll be doing: Developing and managing commercial relationships, both internally and with external customers across Asia Pacific and Greater China regions Perusing opportunities to maximise profit Negotiating resolution of claims, disputes and litigation to minimise cost and risk Managing customer restructurings and bankruptcies Managing internal approvals to Vice President level Providing advice and guidance relating to contract interpretation Drafting and negotiating through to conclusion all contractual documentation associated with above issues Delivering and supporting continuous functional improvement initiatives as required Who we’re looking for: University students studying Business, Finance or Law related subjects Expected to graduate with 2:1 honours; ideally in the final year of study Keen interest in aviation business Great communication skills Well-rounded experience Good attention to detail Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
