Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Responsibilities Assist Project Leads in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Help prepare project documentation including status reports, meeting notes, and risk logs. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule. Conduct data analysis to support project decision-making. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions. Update project management tools and dashboards. Support the creation of presentations and materials for stakeholder reviews.
