Intern ‐ Compliance, Health & Safety To be based at Koggala The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and maintain accurate documentation and records to ensure seamless operations. Assist in audits and inspections, contributing to thorough evaluations and compliance. Support compliance training and awareness initiatives to foster a culture of adherence. Utilize and maintain compliance systems and tools to streamline processes and ensure regulatory alignment. KEY REQUIREMENTS Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Sustainability Management, Business Management, or a related field. Proficiency in both English and Sinhala, with strong communication skills in both languages. Proficiency in Microsoft Package, especially in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

The intern will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate documentation and records to ensure seamless operations within the compliance framework. Key duties also include assisting in audits and inspections, supporting compliance training initiatives, and utilizing compliance systems.
