Key Responsibilities: * Assist in monitoring HR compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. * Support audits of employee records, contracts, and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Help draft and update compliance-related policies, procedures, and training materials. * Conduct research on employment regulations and provide summaries to HR leadership. * Track and report compliance metrics, highlighting potential risks or gaps. * Collaborate with HR team members to ensure onboarding, performance management, and employee relations processes align with compliance standards. * Participate in internal investigations and prepare documentation under supervision. * Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information responsibly. Knowledge and skills: * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. * Interest in compliance, labor law, and regulatory frameworks. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills (written and verbal). * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and propose solutions. * High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality. apparel solutions crafted for both comfort and performance.
