Responsibilities: This role offers exposure to the end-to-end delivery of compliance improvements, combining project coordination, analysis, and reporting. The successful candidate will be analytical, proactive, and accountable, capable of working independently and collaborating across teams to help identify opportunities, drive change, and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations. Key Responsibilities: Support the coordination and delivery of compliance initiatives and process enhancements. Assist with project documentation, including Change Requests, RAID logs, and progress or milestone reports. Conduct analysis activities such as research, data analysis, business analysis, and gap assessments to support decision-making. Develop and maintain reporting materials and dashboards that improve compliance visibility and performance tracking. Support the testing and implementation of process and system changes to ensure they meet compliance and operational standards. Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and delivery of objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information and identify insights. Excellent research, reporting, and documentation abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage. Self-starter who is proactive, organized, and accountable, with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across teams and functions.
