Description
Program Management Support the development of program metrics and key indicators to achieve program goals. Collaborate on projects and programs to ensure all goals are met within budget, timeline, and scope constraints for Construction Trades Sourcing initiatives. Assist in reporting project status, managing risks, and implementing solutions for successful project execution (including simple trackers/dashboards in Excel/Power BI/SharePoint as needed). Support communication and adoption activities for new processes or program changes by preparing clear materials and helping coordinate with cross-functional partners (HR Workforce Development, Procurement, Construction, and external contacts). Assist in implementing strategies to develop positive relationships with stakeholders, enabling a competitive advantage and achieving program and project objectives. Assist in coordinating activities and communications to maintain strong stakeholder relationships (prepare agendas/briefs, capture meeting notes and actions, support steward cadences, roundtables, and industry forums). Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil or Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/Operations, Project Management, or Business Administration, and graduating after August 2026. Ability to structure ambiguous problems, manage multiple workstreams, and communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to learn basic Power BI or SharePoint for dashboards/trackers. Interest in the construction ecosystem (owners, GCs, trades/unions) and in workforce development programs (e.g., apprenticeships).
