KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct data analysis to support business decisions Assist in balancing the current workload of the department Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes Support documentation, reporting, and project coordination KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Maths, Stats or Diploma (NDT - Non-Destructive Testing) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and negotiation skills in English Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
