Our software simplifies the work of installers and enables them to offer their customers embedded financing options. This allows more individuals and businesses to install solar panels, battery storage, electric vehicle charging stations, and heat pumps, becoming independent energy providers.
We are a rapidly growing startup, active in the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, and Germany, and we aim to establish ourselves in additional European markets in the coming year.
Tasks
Financial Analysis
- Build detailed financial models covering corporate and project finance scenarios, including modelling energy project returns, investment decisions and financing options working closely with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Conduct analysis and prepare materials for capital markets transactions, corporate finance, M&A, and project finance opportunities
- Assist with the preparation of investor presentations and reports.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and other reports to track the organization’s financial health
Portfolio Management
- Assist the portfolio manager in the daily management of the customer credit portfolio, including exposure calculations and monitoring, refinancing, hedging, and treasury operations.
- Support credit decisions and manage and automate underwriting decisions and handle delinquencies.
- Evaluate outcomes and conduct scenario testing.
Requirements

- You are currently enrolled as student at a top-tier university or just concluded your studies
- You are available for 3-6 months
- You already have relevant pre-experience in IB, M&A, Portfolio Management & Corporate Finance
- You constantly strive to achieve exceptional things (professionally and/or personally) and are always willing to go the extra mile.
- You have a passion for making a significant contribution to combating climate change and are ready to take on a new challenge in a small but rapidly growing organization with a high degree of freedom and uncertainty.

- You speak fluent English and German.
