What would you be doing? With the guidance of Corporate Sector Lending (CSL) Tokyo team members and other senior members in the Tokyo branch (where applicable), to perform the following works within the scope of Lending business. Support the credit proposal preparation and rating review Analysis the credit profile of corporate clients Review the facility agreement Other miscellaneous works to be required as CSL What qualities and skills are we looking for? We are looking for a passionate individual who meets the following criteria: Qualifications: A major in Business, Accountancy, or Economics is preferred; however, candidates from other academic backgrounds are also welcome to apply. Prior experience in banking (wholesale or commercial) is highly valued but not required. Skills & competencies: Proficiency in both English and Japanese (fluency in both languages is preferred). Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Proactive, diligent, and capable of working independently while being a strong team player. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage tight deadlines. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural team environment. Responsibilities
