Responsibilities: We are looking for a Corporate Strategy Intern to support the Corporate Strategy team in evaluating strategic investment opportunities and digital asset treasury (DAT) opportunities. The role combines market research, financial analysis, and strategic storytelling — offering exposure to both corporate finance and digital asset markets. Key Responsibilities: Market Research - Conduct deep-dive market and industry research for the digital assets sector, including macro trends, regulatory developments, and competitor benchmarking. - Analyze market dynamics to identify strategic investment themes and digital asset treasury opportunities. - Maintain a database of comparable companies and transactions relevant to DAT and strategic investments Due Diligence and Analysis - Support the team in evaluating potential investments, financial modeling, operational analysis and valuation benchmarking - Assist the team in due diligence of potential opportunities by compiling data rooms, preparing summaries and analysing company KPIs Data Analysis and Pitch Deck Preparation - Conduct supporting research for slides on market trends, competitor benchmarking and strategic positioning. - Ability to synthesize data and contribute to investor materials, including pitch decks and introductory decks Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or related field Able to commit to a 6 months internship Prior experience in an investment role / investment club is a plus Strong interest in digital assets, fintech and strategic investments and corporate finance Strong proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel; experience in creating pitch decks and modeling High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in analytical presentations and memos and using numbers and data to tell a story The Environment We Offer As a growing firm with a tightly-knit team, we respect and listen to all our employees.
