Program Overview: The Creador Internship Programme provides a meaningful opportunity to experience what a career in private equity holds and provides insight into your next career move. The intern shall support the team's efforts in evaluating, structuring, and executing various deals, transactions, and investments. The role involves conducting financial analysis, market research, due diligence, and assisting in the decision-making process to facilitate successful deals. Role Requirements Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis. Solid understanding of financial concepts, valuation techniques, and investment principles. Excellent research skills to gather and synthesize information from various sources. Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong and effective communication, both articulation and writing. Collaborative team player, energetic and results driven Ability to perform and deliver under pressure and perseverance. Qualifications and Experience Candidates pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics and/or other related fields. Candidates with a Master's Degree can be advantageous. Candidates who are expected to be on track to achieve at least Second Class Upper may apply. We welcome applications from students in their penultimate year of undergraduate or postgraduate degree programs with an excellent academic record. Candidates with prior internship attachment or demonstrated interest in investment banking/ private equity is of added advantage.
