Based in Seoul, reporting to Graphic Designer, this Intern, Creative Operations role will be supporting design production for global content releases. Responsibilities: Support the production of visual assets for Viki’s global content library, including thumbnails and title treatments. Create and adapt thumbnail layouts based on existing design templates and platform guidelines. Produce multilingual title treatments by resizing, refining, or recreating designs from master title artwork. Manage and organize design files, including proper file naming, version control, and exports. Upload and maintain assets in designated shared folders according to internal workflows. Collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and quality. Apply feedback accurately and efficiently during review cycles. Ensure all assets are optimized for multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet, TV). Document work and track asset status as required. Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Creative Operations or Content & Subtitle Operations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or a final-year student. Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy. Ability to follow design guidelines and replicate visual styles with accuracy. High attention to detail, especially for multilingual assets. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Able to communicate and work in English; Korean is a plus. Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
