Join us on this trailblazing endeavour and be part of an agile team in an enriching environment. Intern Customer Relationship Management Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd. Porsche Singapore is excited to offer a Customer Relationship Management internship opportunity. The successful intern will collaborate closely with Porsche’s Marketing and Sales teams, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of CRM. Collaborate daily with the sales team to monitor Customer Satisfaction scores, track unattended leads, and ensure data accuracy. Address and troubleshoot all CRM inquiries in coordination with the Customer Interaction Centre team. Prepare customer databases for various initiatives, including birthday cards, Chinese New Year red packets, and Christmas EDM activations. Conduct database cleansing activities to meet the Data Quality Index KPI. Maintain data integrity by contacting customers to obtain any missing information. Update customer profiles and assist the sales team with reallocating sales consultants as necessary. Support the implementation of new reconsents and assist with any reconsent campaigns. Support the sales team in every car registration process, ensuring that delivery gift items are adequately stocked and provide a selection of gift options. Support the ordering of delivery gift items, including raising purchase requests, managing goods receipt, and ensuring timely delivery. Update the database with the latest customer data for all Qualtrics survey submissions. Assist in marketing projects and track the effectiveness of campaigns. Prepare relevant reports for management, including showroom traffic, lead funnels, sales conversions, test drive, and etc Undergraduate in Business Administration, Customer Relations, Marketing or any other relevant studies Past internship experience preferred Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding Internship Duration: January 2026 - June/July 2026 Internship Type: Full-time
