REQUIREMENTS

  • Enrolled student at a university or college in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for customer retention.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is a plus.
  • Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Retention team in managing the customer renewal process to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with account managers to gather and analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and insights that inform retention strategies.
  • Support the preparation of reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to renewal rates and customer satisfaction to stakeholders.
  • Help develop and implement communication strategies to effectively engage customers throughout the renewal process.
  • Contribute ideas and insights during team meetings to enhance customer retention initiatives and promote long-term loyalty.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and renewal documentation.
