As a Customer Solutions Intern, you will support customer order fulfilment, shipment coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Solutions team. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and affiliates to ensure timely order processing, accurate billing, and efficient customer operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to supply chain operations, customer collaboration, and process improvement in a global business environment. What you will do Support customer order processing and shipment management to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders Assist in backlog management by coordinating with internal teams to expedite orders and proactively communicate updates Ensure accurate billing and credit note (CN) issuance in accordance with operational processes Collaborate with affiliates to drive continuous improvement initiatives, including order frequency optimization, order loading, DG management, and SWAP planning Participate in cross-functional projects and work with relevant stakeholders to support operational improvements and customer solutions initiatives. What you bring Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field Interest in customer operations, supply chain, and order fulfilment processes Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with stakeholders across functions Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced operational environment.
