We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support the cutting department in daily operations including fabric spreading, cutting preparation, bundle handling, and documentation. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in spreading fabric and cutting preparation according to production requirements. * Support the team in checking fabric quality, defects, and shade variations before cutting. * Help in bundling, labeling, and organizing cut panels for the sewing department. * Assist with marker placement and cutting layout preparation. * Maintain cutting records, production logs, and fabric usage reports. * Coordinate with warehouse and sewing departments to ensure smooth workflow. * Support supervisors in monitoring fabric utilization and minimizing wastage. * Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards. * Participate in process improvement and productivity initiatives. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / bachelor’s degree in Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Basic understanding of garment manufacturing processes is an advantage. * Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or basic data entry.
