Develop an end-to-end solution from data query, pre-processing, analytics and results visualization. •Department: Process Equipment Engineering, Chemical Vapor Deposition •Project Title: CVD Inline Health (SPC/FDC) Metrics Monitoring Scope: Explore various dashboards and work with SMAI/Area SMEs to develop a one stop Inline Data review platform with data analytics. Project Description: Product health and quality are maintained through close monitoring of the process outputs in the form of SPC and FDC charts. •In this project, a new method will be developed to converge data generated from various measurements steps and process tools for earlier drift detection of product critical metrics. •The student will have the opportunity to learn and apply industrial data analytics, modeling, simulation and optimization skills to solve complex multi dimensional problems and bring real impact on the state-of-arts semiconductor manufacturing process. •The intern will also have opportunity to participate to an end-to-end solution development team to contribute ideas and learn from industrial subject experts. •Deliverable: For early drift detection and inline defense line hardening •Impact of Project: Improved product quality control •Skillset Require: General problem solving, data analytics, programming language R, Python •Course of interests: Chemical Engineering / Material Science and Engineering/Data Courses •Duration Period: min 5 months (Semester Internship from January 2026 to May 2026) About Micron Technology, Inc.
