Intern – Data Analytics (Based at Malabe) MAS is Sri Lanka’s largest exporter and South Asia’s largest design-to-delivery solution providers in apparel and textile manufacturing. Key Responsibilities * Support HR analytics initiatives by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing employee data. * Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports related to HR metrics (e.g., absenteeism, recruitment, performance). * Work with different teams to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy. * Generate insights to support data-driven decision-making in HR Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies: * Graduate or Undergraduate in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, HR, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge on data management and visualization * Presentation & communication skills. * Project management and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
