  • Assist Finance Specialist in managing filling system.
  • Handling incoming calls as needed.
  • Run various routine errands as required for Finance.
  • Help organize and maintain Finance Area
  • Perform general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Order, distribute office supplies as needed.
  • Scanning RFPs and supporting documents for payment processing.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Copies and duplicate documents as requested, assist in the day-to-day operation of copy machine.
  • Assist on routine assignments as appropriate, may operate laptop to draft basic correspondence, enter data, print letters, labels, reports, other materials; types and prepare transmittal letters.
  • Maintain, process, update files, records and other documents.
  • Assist on booking of meeting/ conference rooms as needed.
