- Assist Finance Specialist in managing filling system.
- Handling incoming calls as needed.
- Run various routine errands as required for Finance.
- Help organize and maintain Finance Area
- Perform general office clerk duties and errands.
- Order, distribute office supplies as needed.
- Scanning RFPs and supporting documents for payment processing.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Copies and duplicate documents as requested, assist in the day-to-day operation of copy machine.
- Assist on routine assignments as appropriate, may operate laptop to draft basic correspondence, enter data, print letters, labels, reports, other materials; types and prepare transmittal letters.
- Maintain, process, update files, records and other documents.
- Assist on booking of meeting/ conference rooms as needed.
