Intern – Design (Based at MDS – Ratmalana) MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. With design hubs in Hong Kong, London, and Sri Lanka, and manufacturing facilities across Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, and Kenya, it offers a diverse product portfolio, including bras, briefs, shapewear, performance wear, sleepwear, and wearable tech. Intimates’ customers include Victoria’s Secret, Gap, and Calvin Klein. The division's innovation teams collaborate with universities and experts to deliver consumer-driven, technology-led solutions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the team during Salesman Samples (SMS) preparation and customer visit periods, ensuring all needs are met for a successful presentation. Organize photoshoots for customer presentations, coordinating all aspects from concept to execution to showcase designs effectively. Prepare for customer visits by coordinating samples and setting up boardrooms, ensuring a professional and engaging presentation environment. Follow up on design styles and communicate with the cutting and sample room teams to ensure timely delivery of samples and adherence to deadlines. KEY QUALIFICATION / SKILLS Undergraduate in Design, Product Creation, or Business Management. Knowledge in Graphic designing tools such as Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, Canva etc. Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and design expertise to support creative and business processes.
